This cask strength exression is a
blend of straight rye whiskies with low and high
mash bills aged between 4 and 7 years. After blending,
a touch of limestone filtered water is added and the result
is a complex and layered flavor profile of chocolate,
hazelnut, and molasses balanced by
citrus notes and spice.
